My house is a new build — do I really need my gutters cleaned?
Yes. New gutters often collect builders' grit, swarf, sealant offcuts and fine silt from the roof. That debris holds water, starts the sludge cycle early and can stain or corrode the channel. A clean early on keeps them looking — and working — like new.
Which package is right for me?
If you just want a check-up or have one or two trouble spots, the $99 Spot Clean covers up to 3 problem areas. For a complete clean of every gutter, choose the $225 Full Clean. If you want the gutters washed down and every bit of debris taken away, go $375 Premium. Not sure? Pick “help me choose” on the form and we'll advise.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Most Victorian homes benefit from a clean once or twice a year — typically in autumn after the leaves drop, and in spring ahead of fire season. Homes near gum trees or other large trees may need it more often.
What happens to the leaves and sludge?
With the Full Clean, everything goes into your wheelie bin. With the Premium Vacuum & Wash, we take all leaf matter and residue away with us, so there's nothing left for you to deal with.
